Sexton Demolition Limited acknowledges and recognises that it has a duty to clients,

staff / operatives and the general public, to undertake and ensure that works and

projects are carried out in the following manner:

• All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that  working conditions are safe, pleasant and efficient and that all

staff are issued with the proper personal protective equipment and training to carry out their duties safely.

• We ensure on a regular basis that all operatives hold current CITB or equivalent certificates to establish that

they are skilled and trained to carry out the various categories of work.

• The reason for our success for completed contracts / projects, stem from the team spirit and close working

with client’s representatives and co-operation amongst staff within the company.

• All subcontractors and suppliers are introduced to a programme of works via induction meetings and are

required to comply with the Contract Programme and safety guidelines where appropriate.

• To enable programme to be maintained, daily checks are made by management and decisions to control and

increase labour and plant as necessary in order to maintain target dates.
