Brief Description of Works

Demolition/dismantle fifteen storey reinforced concrete framed government offices.

Removal of two storey underground heavily reinforced concrete nuclear bunker to side of main structure.

Due to the high volume of pedestrians and general civilian transport adjacent to site, agreed strategic on/off site movement programme with (590 no. vehicular movements) traffic police and local authorities prior to commencing works.

Decommissioning, filling and capping off live well borehole to Environment Agency requirements.
